We are thrilled to invite you to an exciting and enriching learning journey at KU Leuven!
What to expect?
Theoretical lectures on the basics of mechanobiology, fluorescence microscopy, traction force microscopy, FRET-based force, computational models, mechanical characterization, properties of biomimetic materials, and microfluidics.
Practical workshops (wet lab): data acquisition for 3D traction force microscopy, FRET sensors (intensity and lifetime analysis), and microfluidics.
Tutorials (dry lab): data analysis for traction force microscopy and computational modelling.
Oral and poster presentations for participants.
Student awards
